Package includes Course I & II (WY Law included in Course I) in the pre-licensing series to obtain your Brokers license in Wyoming. You must have held a Salesperson license for 2 years in order to apply for your Brokers license. Course I provides the student a study of real estate terminology, language, law and other information that prepares the student with the necessary skills and knowledge to pass the Wyoming Brokers licensing exam as well as the National licensing exam. Course II is taken in conjunction with Broker Course I and provides the student some real world experience; 24 hours of required licensing education.
